Our Standard and Premium plans are based on a 12-month commitment. After the initial 12 months, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel anytime after that.
If you cancel before completing 12 months, the website remains under our ownership and management. (Otherwise, everyone would cancel early and take the site — and we’d be out of business!)
If you choose the Lump Sum plan, there’s no subscription — you pay once, and the website is yours right away.
If you cancel before completing the 12-month term of your Standard or Premium plan, you’ll be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the full 12-month agreement.
This helps us maintain fair pricing and quality service for all our clients, and ensures we can continue offering full support, hosting, and updates during that period.
The $100 per additional page fee is a one-time charge — not monthly or recurring.
So if you need 3 extra pages, that’s $300 total. That’s it. Not $300 every month — that would be crazy!
Each invoice has a 7-day grace period. If not paid within 7 days, a $25 late fee applies.
For clients on a Standard or Premium subscription: if multiple payments are missed and there’s no communication, we reserve the right to cancel the contract. In such cases, you’ll be liable for the full 12-month cost of the site.
We’re flexible and understanding when clients keep in touch — but if we receive no response, we must take steps to protect the time, effort, and resources we’ve invested in your website.
We stand by our work, and your satisfaction matters. If you sign up (either Lump Sum or Monthly plan) and we are unable to design something you’re truly happy with and you decide not to move forward, we’ll refund whatever you paid to get started.
However, once we begin developing the website and you approve the initial direction, there are no refunds from that point forward. After this stage, all refunds are issued at our discretion.
